Due to the nature of liquid detergent and hygiene safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged package,

  • leaked product,

  • or wrong item,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

After verification, our team will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Fragrance preference related concerns

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

Refund Process

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
